Struggling with Suicide

If you or a loved one is struggling with suicidal thoughts and/or behaviours, you may feel like you need additional support or resources. That’s why, in partnership with experts and affected families, St. Joe’s developed the guide below.

Who is the guide for?

This guide is intended to be used by both the people struggling with suicide, and the people supporting them—their caregivers, families, and friends.

Who wrote the guide?

The Guide was co-written by Lisa Jeffs, Manager, Youth Wellness Centre and Robin Eady, a Family Advisory Council member, with contributions from St. Joe’s clinicians and patient/family advisors.
