Effective Tuesday, March 17 at 6 a.m., St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton has limited the entrances at our sites, and are conducting COVID-19 screening of all patients, visitors, staff and physicians before entering the hospital.

If the patient or visitor meets the screening criteria for COVID-19, they will be directed to a secondary screening area for further assessment.

We recommend that patients arrive 30 minutes before any scheduled appointments in case of delays.
