Financial Accountability

St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton is committed to being open, transparent and accountable regarding the funding and operations of our organization. In this section you will find our Hospital Service Accountability Agreement (H-SAA) and and our Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (M-SAA). These documents outline our performance obligations and the resources with which we have pledged to deliver care to our community.

Public Sector Salary Disclosure

In accordance with the 1996 Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario are required to disclose the names, positions, salaries, and taxable benefits of employees who earn $100,000 or more within the calendar year. The most recent disclosure can be found on the Ontario Government website.
