Patient and visitor parking at St. Joe’s Charlton Campus will be temporarily relocated to the parking garage on St. Joseph’s Drive (Ramp 1) while repairs are completed on the staff/patient/visitor parking garage off James Street South. The construction will begin on March 6, 2023, and we anticipate it will continue into the late Fall.

Starting March 1, 2023, patients and visitors must park in the garage located on St. Joseph’s Drive (Ramp 1).

Accessing the hospital from the St. Joseph’s Drive parking garage (Ramp 1)

• Take the stairs to Level 5 where you can access the overhead tunnel. When you enter the tunnel, turn left to access Level 3 of the Bishop Dowling building or turn right to access Level 1 of the Fontbonne building.
• Alternatively, you can exit the parking ramp and walk outside to one of the hospital entrances.

There will be signage on Level 5 of the parking garage identifying parking spots for those with accessibility requirements to provide easier access to the overhead tunnel.

The premium parkade located off Charlton Avenue in front of the Juravinski Innovation Tower also remains available for patient/visitor parking.
