Concurrent Disorders Program

What this program does...

The concurrent disorders (CD) program is among the first major mental health programs to provide a competent approach to care for individuals that are experiencing mental health and addiction issues, often referred to as a concurrent disorder.

This program is for clients with acute psychiatric illness and it is not a residential program.

How this program helps...

The concurrent disorders program provides a holistic treatment approach for individuals that are experiencing both addiction and mental health issues. The program is designed to meet the unique treatment needs of individuals that require expertise in both addictions and mental health treatment. The goal of the CD program is to provide specialized care while supporting improved, long-term outcomes for the client.
