Providing specialized nursing services in advanced intravenous care, continence, advanced wound care and palliative care, SJHC works tirelessly to promote independence, provide prevention of illness and injury resources, alleviate suffering, and act as a healthcare advocate for clients and their families. SJHC’s Community Support Services offer a full range of programs including personal care, caregiver relief, home maintenance, home cleaning services, supportive housing, nutrition, and overnight respite programs.
