Contractor COVID-19 Compliance: COVID-19 Immunization Policy

St. Joe’s introduced a COVID-19 Immunization Policy that’s aligned with regional, provincial and federal recommendations regarding infection prevention and screening. This policy includes hospital contractors. 

On December 14, 2021, St. Joe’s is moving to mandatory vaccination of all staff, physicians, volunteers and contractors as part of our commitment to healthcare worker and patient safety. We have revised our policy accordingly.

Contractor Attestation Form

All contractors are requested to review and attest compliance with our new policy by November 20th, 2021.
