Based on your response to the screening questions and provincial guidelines, you are eligible for a COVID-19 test.

Please dress for the weather. Due to increased demand for COVID-19 testing, our assessment centres are experiencing long lines which extend outdoors as we adhere to physical distancing rules.

Please only book one appointment time slot per individual requiring a COVID-19 test.This allows other people in our community to book appointments. If you need to cancel an appointment for any reason, or if you’ve booked more than one appointment and would like to cancel an appointment you do not plan to attend, click here.

The COVID-19 Testing and Assessment Centres in the Hamilton region are a partnership between Hamilton Public Health Services, St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton, Hamilton Health Sciences, Hamilton Paramedic Service, McMaster Family Health Team, Hamilton Family Health Team, Hamilton Family Medicine (HFAM) and Good Shepherd Centres. 

As always, regardless of need for a potential COVID-19 test, if someone is very ill and in need of immediate care, they should go to the nearest Urgent Care Centre, Emergency Department, or call 911.
