Request for Expression of Interest: Gateview and Grove Hall.
St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton (SJHH) is seeking Expressions of Interest from interested parties for the possible adaptive re-use of two buildings of interest located on the West 5th Campus: Gateview and Grove Hall. Respondents may express interest in one (1) or both (2) of the properties. The properties will be available for re-use in Fall 2014 when the services are relocated to the new hospital, which is under construction. The complete RFEI can be found in the attached document.
