Since 1994, Rebecca has been leading change initiatives with medical staff and diagnostic departments at SJHH. She is responsible for over $400 million of capital redevelopment. Rebecca also leads initiatives in laboratory, imaging, Centre for Minimal Access Surgery, corporate planning and service excellence.
