What this Service does…

The Family Resource Centre at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton’s West 5th Campus exists for family members and loved ones of an individual with lived experience of a mental health or addiction issue. 

Here you can find key resources to help family members or loved ones:

  • Navigate the mental health and addiction services at St. Joe’s
  • Find information about family recovery and self-care
  • Access educational materials about different diagnoses
  • Learn about additional community resources.

How this Service helps…

Visitors will be welcomed at the Family Resource Centre by a knowledgeable and compassionate volunteer who has lived experience as a family member of person(s) with a mental health/addiction issue.

The Family Resource Centre at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton’s West 5th Campus was opened because of the support of generous donors who recognized the need for such an important and unique support service in our community.

Hours of Operation

Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday: 10 -4pm
Tuesday: 10 - 4pm
Friday: 1 - 4pm
Saturday: 10 - 2pm
