Notice to our Community: Changes to Parking Rates
Providing accessible, well-maintained parking facilities to patients, visitors and staff is a priority at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton. In order to uphold this responsibility, changes in parking fees are necessary to implement required repairs and to maintain parking structures throughout the changing seasons.
The revenue generated from parking fees are reinvested in the maintenance of parking structures. Beyond maintenance, any profit generated from parking fees is directed to supporting patient care at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton.
We recognize that accessing multiple appointments or visiting a hospitalized loved one can be difficult, and that parking costs add an extra layer of pressure to patients and families. To help offset this pressure, reduced rates are available for two-week and one-month passes at our West 5th Campus. For those with very difficult circumstances, Compassionate Rates can be discussed with the Social Worker on your/your loved one’s health care team.
Effective immediately the following rates will apply at parking facilities at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton’s Charlton Campus and West 5th Campus:
