Please note that the St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton REB has now merged with the Hamilton Health Sciences/Faculty of Health Sciences REB to form the Hamilton Integrated Research Ethics Board.

All new submissions and study related correspondence should now be sent to 293 Wellington St. N,. Suite 102, Hamilton, ON.
