The Women's Health concerns Clinic provide assessment, consultation, treatment and research opportunities for women who are experiencing mood problems related to menopause.

If you think you may have mood disturbances related to menopause, please print and complete our Menopause Visual Analogue Scales and Greene Climacteric Scale, following the instructions indicated on the first page. Call our clinic at (905) 522-1155 extension 33979 and we will then contact you with suggestions for follow-up.

Referrals may also be made by physicians or other health professional by using our referral form and faxing it to our Intake Coordinator Lisa Botas at 905-308-7220.
