Overview

The Women's Health concerns Clinic provide assessment, consultation, treatment and research opportunities for women who are experiencing mood disturbances related to their menstrual cycle.

If you think you may have premenstrual syndrome (PMS) or premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) and wish to make a self-referral, please print and complete our Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) Charts, following the instructions indicated on the first page. Call our clinic at (905) 522-1155 extension 33979 and we will then contact you with suggestions for follow-up.

Referrals may also be made by physicians or other healthcare professionals by using our referral form and faxing it to our Intake Coordinator Lisa Botas at 905-308-7220.
