Broader Public Sector Accountability Act (BPSAA)

The Broader Public Sector Accountability Act, 2012 (BPSAA) was introduced on Oct 10, 2010 and received Royal Assent on December 8, 2010. Under the Broader Public Sector Accountability Act (BPSAA) hospitals are now required to report on a number of policies and related matters. St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton fully supports a culture of transparency and accountability with our community and is fully compliant with this and other legislation.
