Mr. Ben Gould is the current Vice-President of Milli Ltd and serves as the current Chair of the Hamilton Board Committee. Mr. Gould is an active member of the Hamilton Business community and has served on the Investment Committees for two local Foundations.

Mr. Carl Santoni (Vice Chair, Hamilton Board Committee)
Mr. Carl Santoni is the current Vice Chair of the Hamilton Board Committee. Mr. Santoni is a successful entrepreneur in the Canadian software industry. In 2004 he was awarded the Diocese of Hamilton Medal of Honour for his work in his local parish.

Mr. Ray Rocci (Treasurer, Hamilton Board Committee)
Mr. Ray Rocci is the Vice President of Cardi Construction Limited and serves as Treasurer of the Hamilton Board Committee. Previously, Mr. Rocci served on the Finance Committee of the St. Josephs Villa Board of Trustees for nine years and on the St. Josephs Villa Board of Trustees for seven years.

Ms. Mary Dow
Ms. Mary Dow, Manager, The Society of Management Accountants of Canada (CMA Canada), holds a CIM designation and is an active member of the Hamilton Board Committee and the St. Joseph's Capital Campaign Cabinet. Ms. Dow is currently the Chair of the Building and Planning Committee of the HBC. Ms. Dow is a past Chair of the SJHH Board of Trustees and has continues to serve as a member of several Board committees in Hamilton including the St. Peters Hospital; Theatre Aquarius ; Vice-Chair, Dr. Robert Kemp Hospice; Past Chair, Hamilton Entertainment and Convention Facilities Inc. (HECFI ); Past National Chair, Canadian Society of Executives.

Ms. Isabella Schachler
Ms. Isabella Schachler is the current Vice Chair of the Quality and Mission Committee of the Board and a Trustee of the Hamilton Board Committee. Ms Schachler has experience in the health care sector in Germany as a project manager and consultant and contributes a great deal to the local community as President of Parent Association President at a Burlington school.

Ms. Moira Taylor
Moira Taylor is a current member of the Hamilton Board Committee and is the Chair of the Quality and Mission Committee of the HBC. Moira is Past President (retired) of St. Mary's General Hospital in Kitchener. Moira was instrumental in planning and guiding the hospitals $100 million redevelopment project. Moira holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree from McMaster University, Hamilton and is a Certified Health Executive with the Canadian College of Health Services Executives. She is also a member of the Kitchener Westmount Rotary Club and is a former President of the club, and is a Board Member of the Kitchener-Waterloo Humane Society.

Mr. Thoma is the Dean of Engineering and Technology at Mohawk College and is Vice Chair of the Building and Planning Committee of the Board, as well as a Trustee of the Hamilton Board Committee. Prior to this, Mr. Thoma was a Member of the Quality and Mission committee of the Board. Over the last 25 years Mr. Thoma has held a number of Technical and Leadership positions in the manufacturing sector.
Mr. Thoma is the Dean of Engineering and Technology at Mohawk College and is Vice Chair of the Building and Planning Committee of the Board, as well as a Trustee of the Hamilton Board Committee. Prior to this, Mr. Thoma was a Member of the Quality and Mission committee of the Board. Dr. David Higgins *
Dr. David A. Higgins is the President of St. Josephs Healthcare Hamilton and current member of the Hamilton Board Committee. Dr. Higgins is a also Clinical Professor in the Department of Medicine, McMaster University and is a Respirologist at the Firestone Institute for Respiratory Health. Prior to his appointment as President, Dr. Higgins held the positions of Chief, Department of Medicine and Chief of Staff at St. Josephs Healthcare Hamilton.

Dr. Tamar Packer*
Dr. Tamar Packer is a current Trustee of the Hamilton Board Committee and first became a member of the Department of Family Medicine at St. Joseph's in 1989. Dr. Packer has practiced in Hamilton and as well in Virginia Beach, returning to St Joseph's in 2001. Dr. Packer is currently the President of the Medical Staff Association, is Medical Director of Newborn Care, and an active member of the Executive of the Department of Family Medicine. Dr. Packer is also an Assistant Clinical Professor (Adjunct) at McMaster University.

Dr. Kelton is the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, including the Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine and is the Vice-President of Health Sciences at McMaster University. Dr. Kelton is a current trustee of the Hamilton Board Committee and an internationally renowned physician scientist; an active professor; and a practicing physician.

Dr. Hugh Fuller is the Vice-President, Medical and Academic Affairs (Education) for St. Josephs Healthcare Hamilton. Dr. Fuller as been a member of the SJHH Professional Staff since 1986 and has served as the Head of Service - Intensive Care, Head of Service - General Internal Medicine, and most recently, Chief of Medicine. Dr. Fuller is a Professor of Medicine at McMaster University and is involved in the St. Josephs Healthcare Systems International Outreach Program in Uganda.

Ms. Winnie Doyle is the Vice President, Clinical Services and Chief Nursing Executive at St. Josephs Healthcare Hamilton and a current Member of the Hamilton Board Committee. Ms. Doyle has worked in clinical practice, research and more recently as a senior administrator in acute clinical programs. Prior to that, she was vice president in the Mental Health and Addictions Program. Ms. Doyle is currently an assistant clinical professor at McMaster University, Hamilton and received her Master of Nursing Administration from the University of Toronto in 2000.
