- Learn how to protect your heart. What you need to know about fats and fibre and which foods should be in your grocery cart.

Location: King Campus- Is it possible to eat healthy while eating out? This interactive class will teach you guidance and tips to help you make healthy choices whether you’re eating out at a restaurant, food court or at a friend’s house.

Craving Change
Location: King Campus
- A how-to workshop for changing your relationship with food: Understand why you eat the way you do. Learn how to change your thinking, change your eating and comfort yourself without food. This workshop is a series of 3 sessions. There is a $10 charge for this workshop, which covers the cost of a workbook.

Managing Insulin - The Basics

- What is the right insulin regimen for you? Learn about insulin action and the newest insulin delivery devices. We will discuss controlling your blood sugars and how to safely adjust your own insulin

Advanced Insulin Management
Location: King Campus
- Learn how to adjust your insulin based on patterns in your blood sugar and the amount of carbohydrates you eat. Learn how to manage high and low blood sugars and what to do when you are sick.
